The study focused on presenting the respondents' profile, their organizational involvement, their level of graduate outcomes and their personal aspirations. Thirty (30) samples were drawn from the Cum Laude Graduates of the College of Development Education School Year 2015-2016. This study determined the level of outcomes of cum laude graduate of school year 2015-2016. Descriptive method was used in treating the data. Descriptive statistics such as the mean for grouped data and weighted mean were used to present the data. Results indicated that most of the CDE Cum Laudes are female and are 19-30 yrs. old. Majority of them are Elementary Education and Mathematics specialist and mostly 1st born, have 3 siblings and the rest has 2-4 siblings. They are living with their parents. They joined academic organizations (59.00%) rather than civic organizations and fraternities.
Most of them possessed 3.22% in pedagogical knowledge and skills as well as on their ICT Skills where the remarks are very competent, while on their instructional materials preparation they are highly competent with the average of 3.34%. Their research and extension are also very competent wherein the grand total is 3.08%. In terms of their moral character they are highly competent with the average of 3.63%. Also, they are highly competent in critical thinking skills having the percentage of 3.31%. Most of the cum laude aim for their highest goal after 5 years they should pass the Licensure Examination for Teachers, after 10 years they should be a Master’s Degree Holder , while their dreams after 15-20 years they should be a Doctorate Degree Holder and a public school principal.
