           This study was conducted to assess the social science students’ awareness on the quality of student services offered by Office of Student Affairs and Services of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture-Pili Campus. It aimed to: 1) identify the services of Office of the Student Affairs and Services, 2) determine the level of awareness of students on social science colleges on services offered by OSAS in terms of (a) Guidance and Counseling, (b) Student Organizations, (c) Scholarship and Financial Assistance, (d) Campus Ministry (e) Publication, (f) Prefect of Discipline, and (g) Arts and Culture Affairs, 3) determine the significant difference in the awareness of students in social science colleges on student services offered by OSAS, 4) determine the quality of the services provided by the OSAS in terms of (a) Guidance and Counseling, (b) Student Organizations, (c) Scholarship and Financial Assistance, (d) Campus Ministry (e) Publication, (f) Prefect of Discipline, and (g) Arts and Culture Affairs, 5) determine the significant difference in the quality of services provided by OSAS among social science colleges, and (6) point out the significant relationship between the social science students’ awareness on the services offered by OSAS and the quality of services offered by OSAS.

          Descriptive, comparative and correlational methods of research was used in this study. The population of this study encompassed the students from social science colleges of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture - Pili. Weighted Mean, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Pearson Product Moment Coefficient Correlation were used to interpret the data gathered in this study.

         The results of the study revealed that: (1) The Office of Student Affairs and Services offers different student services which being catered by different units such as Guidance and Counseling, Student Organizations, Scholarship and Financial Assistance, Campus Ministry, Publication, Prefect of Discipline; and Arts and Culture Affairs. These were anchored on CHED Memorandum No. 9 Series of 2013 otherwise known as Enhanced Policies and Guidelines on Students Affairs. (2) The following are the findings on the awareness of students in social science colleges on the services offered by OSAS (2a) On Guidance and Counseling unit, the students of CDE and CAS are aware while students in CEM are moderately aware. (2b) On Student Organization unit, the students of CDE, CAS and CEM are aware (2c) On Scholarships and Financial Assistance unit, the students of CDE are fully aware while students in CAS and CEM are aware (2d) On Campus Ministry unit, the students of CDE and CEM are aware while students in CAS are fully aware (2e) On School Publication unit, the students of CDE, CAS and CEM are aware (2f) On Prefect of Discipline unit, students of CDE, CAS and CEM are aware (2g) On Arts and Culture Affairs unit, students of CDE, CAS and CEM are aware (3) There is a significant difference in the awareness of students in social science colleges on the student services offered by OSAS. (4) The following are the findings on the quality of student services offered by OSAS along the students in social science colleges. (4a) On Guidance and Counseling unit, CDE and CAS students perceived the student services offered by OSAS as satisfactory while students in CEM perceived the student services as good. (4b) On Student Organizations unit, CDE, CAS and CEM students perceived the student services offered by OSAS as satisfactory (4c) On Scholarships and Financial Assistance unit, CDE, CAS and CEM students perceived the student services offered by OSAS as satisfactory (4d) On Campus Ministry unit, CDE and CEM students perceived the student services offered by OSAS as satisfactory while CAS students perceived the student services offered by OSAS as very satisfactory (4e) On School Publication unit, CDE, CAS and CEM students perceived the student services offered by OSAS as satisfactory (4f) On Prefect of Discipline unit, CDE and CAS students perceived the student services offered by OSAS as satisfactory while CEM students perceived the student services as good. (4g) On Arts and Culture Affairs unit, CDE, CAS and CEM students perceived the student services offered by OSAS as satisfactory (5) There is a significant difference in the quality of services offered by OSAS among students in social science colleges (6) There is a significant relationship between the awareness of the students in social science colleges and the quality of student services offered by OSAS.
